When were you at Eureka College?
2011 – 2017
What did you study for A Level?
Psychology, PE, Photography
What university did you study at and what programme did you study?
Cardiff Metropolitan University – BA Sport Studies
St Mary’s University – MSc Sport and Exercise Nutrition
What did you go on to do after graduating?
While completing my undergraduate degree and master’s part-time, I pursued a career in triathlon. I was fortunate to qualify for both the Commonwealth Games in 2022 and the European Championships in Munich that same year—two unforgettable highlights of my sporting journey. Over time, I discovered my real passion lay not just in competing myself, but in supporting other athletes.
Having experienced first-hand how vital nutrition is to performance and health, I transitioned into roles where I could make an impact in this area. These have included working with the FA Women’s Pathway, British Cycling, serving as Lead Nutritionist for both Bristol City FC’s men’s and women’s teams, and working as a Nutritionist with the Professional Jockey Association.
Where are you working now?
I am currently the Lead Academy Boys’ Nutritionist at Chelsea Football Club, supporting players from the U9s through to the U21s.
How would you say Eureka College helped to get you to where you are?
I genuinely don’t believe I would be doing the work I do today without Eureka College. It was a place where I always felt happy and supported, and I look back on my school years with the fondest memories. Eureka College has a unique ability to shape people into the best versions of themselves, instilling resilience, ambition, and confidence that carry through into later life.
In three words, sum up your school experience at Eureka College.
Supportive. Inspiring. Unforgettable.
