Admissions
At Eureka College, we welcome pupils from Form 1 through Form 6. Private lessons are also available.
Day and boarding places are available from Form 1 through Form 6. Our main entry points are Form 1, Form 3 and Lower Sixth (Form 5), though we also consider applications at other stages when places are available.
Joining the school is a simple process which can be done following the stages below.
1. Come to an open event
The best way to get to know Eureka College is to come along to one of our open events.
During your visit you will have the opportunity to meet our Head and Director, Mr Mutimusakwa, along with other key members of staff. There will be talks from the Deputy Head Pastoral and Deputy Head Academic on school life and the curriculum.
You will hear from our pupils about their experience at Eureka College whilst touring our extensive grounds and facilities. And of course, you will enjoy a range of delicious refreshments provided by our caterers, Holroyd Howe.
2. Have an individual tour and meet Mr Mutimusakwa, Head and Director
We welcome visits from prospective families throughout the year. If you are unable to attend an open event, or would just like to see more of the school, please contact our Admissions Teamto arrange an individual appointment.
3. Apply online
Submit your child’s application online through the Eureka College Student Portal. You will enter personal details, the Form (1–6) and exam board (ZIMSEC or Cambridge), and upload school transcripts or reports. No payment is required when you submit.
You can track your application at any time using the email address and date of birth you provided. Your application will show as Pending review until our Admissions Team has considered it. If your application is Accepted, you will receive an email asking you to complete additional information and set a password for the Student Portal.

5. Offer of a place
Upon successful completion of the entrance assessments, our Admissions Team will contact you to confirm your offer. This is usually done by letter which will be sent to your home address.
To accept your place, please sign and return the acceptance form and parent contract. A deposit will also be required to secure your place (your deposit is refundable when your child completes their education).
6. Taster days
